Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the church office, including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring that office equipment is in good working order.
Financial Management: Assist in preparing budgets, processing payroll, handling donations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented and comply with church policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain church records, including membership, baptism, wedding, and funeral records. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.
Event Coordination: Plan and organize church events, including worship services, weddings, funerals, and community outreach activities. Coordinate with volunteers, vendors, and ministry leaders to ensure successful events.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the church, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Prepare and distribute church bulletins, newsletters, and announcements.

Financial literacy, including budgeting and accounting knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications: Certification in church administration or nonprofit management is a plus but not required.

IPC Job Placement Program for students and staff at iPreach Campus (IPC)

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • For Students:

    • Must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours per semester (full-time students) or at least 6 credit hours (part-time students).

    • Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 for job placement support.

    • Completion of the IPC Community Service Program requirements.

    • Participation in career counseling and resume-building workshops offered by IPC.

  • For Staff:

    • Must be employed with IPC for at least six months.

    • Completion of professional development or continuing education provided by IPC.

    • Demonstration of commitment to IPC’s mission and values through regular performance evaluations.

    • Active involvement in community outreach initiatives.

2. Application Process
