Key Responsibilities:
Program Development: Design and implement Christian education programs for children, youth, and adults. Ensure that the curriculum is biblically sound and relevant to the congregation’s needs.
Teacher Training: Recruit, train, and support volunteer teachers and leaders for Sunday School, Bible study groups, and other educational programs. Provide ongoing resources and professional development opportunities.
Curriculum Management: Select or develop educational materials, including lesson plans, study guides, and other resources that align with the church’s theological perspective and educational goals.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate special events related to Christian education, such as Vacation Bible School, retreats, workshops, and conferences.
Collaboration: Work closely with pastors, ministry leaders, and church staff to integrate Christian education into the broader life of the church. Ensure that educational programs complement worship services and other ministries.

IPC Job Placement Program for students and staff at iPreach Campus (IPC), the following requirements should be included:
1. Eligibility Criteria
For Students:
Must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours per semester (full-time students) or at least 6 credit hours (part-time students).
Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 for job placement support.
Completion of the IPC Community Service Program requirements.
Participation in career counseling and resume-building workshops offered by IPC.
For Staff:
Must be employed with IPC for at least six months.
Completion of professional development or continuing education provided by IPC.
Demonstration of commitment to IPC’s mission and values through regular performance evaluations.
Active involvement in community outreach initiatives.
2. Application Process
