At iPreach Campus (IPC), the Community Outreach Coordinator plays a crucial role in fostering community relationships and demonstrating Christian faith through action, while integrating outreach with the educational and spiritual goals of IPC.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development: Create and implement outreach programs that address the needs of the community, such as food drives, health clinics, job training, after-school programs, and more. Ensure that these programs reflect the church’s mission and Christian principles.
Partnership Building: Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, nonprofits, and other churches to collaborate on community service projects and outreach initiatives.
Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for outreach events and programs. Provide support and resources to volunteers to ensure successful participation and engagement.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute community events such as holiday outreaches, community fairs, and service days. Ensure that events are well-organized, impactful, and align with the church’s mission.
Needs Assessment: Regularly assess the needs of the community through surveys, meetings, and collaboration with local leaders. Use this information to inform and adapt outreach programs.

Requirements
IPC Job Placement Program for students and staff at iPreach Campus (IPC), the following requirements should be included:
1. Eligibility Criteria
For Students:
Must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours per semester (full-time students) or at least 6 credit hours (part-time students).
Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 for job placement support.
Completion of the IPC Community Service Program requirements.
Participation in career counseling and resume-building workshops offered by IPC.
For Staff:
Must be employed with IPC for at least six months.
Completion of professional development or continuing education provided by IPC.
Demonstration of commitment to IPC’s mission and values through regular performance evaluations.
Active involvement in community outreach initiatives.
2. Application Process
Registration: Students and staff must register for the program via the IPC Job Placement Portal. This involves submitting a resume, cover letter, and any relevant documentation.
Interview Process: Both students and staff will undergo an initial interview with IPC’s Career Services team to assess their skills, goals, and job placement preferences.
