Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Provide guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and claims.
Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee paychecks, including deductions and adjustments.
Compliance and Recordkeeping: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance data.
Training and Development: Coordinate employee training programs and professional development opportunities. Assist in identifying training needs and tracking employee progress.
Performance Management: Support the performance evaluation process by helping managers set goals, track performance, and conduct reviews. Provide feedback and coaching to employees as needed.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry or setting.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Certifications: HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are preferred but not required.

Requirements
IPC Job Placement Program for students and staff at iPreach Campus (IPC), the following requirements should be included:
1. Eligibility Criteria
For Students:
Must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours per semester (full-time students) or at least 6 credit hours (part-time students).
Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 for job placement support.
Completion of the IPC Community Service Program requirements.
Participation in career counseling and resume-building workshops offered by IPC.
For Staff:
Must be employed with IPC for at least six months.
Completion of professional development or continuing education provided by IPC.
Demonstration of commitment to IPC’s mission and values through regular performance evaluations.
Active involvement in community outreach initiatives.
2. Application Process
Registration: Students and staff must register for the program via the IPC Job Placement Portal. This involves submitting a resume, cover letter, and any relevant documentation.
Interview Process: Both students and staff will undergo an initial interview with IPC’s Career Services team to assess their skills, goals, and job placement preferences.

3. Job Matching and Placement
