Job Overview:
The Pastoral Leader is responsible for providing spiritual leadership, vision, and direction for the church or faith community. At iPreach Campus (IPC), we provide equivalent education through our Bachelor Diploma Program to prepare individuals for pastoral leadership roles. This program equips leaders with the theological knowledge, pastoral skills, and leadership abilities necessary to lead a congregation effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Preaching and Teaching: Deliver sermons and Bible studies that inspire and educate the congregation. Teach Christian principles and theology, encouraging spiritual growth and maturity.
Spiritual Leadership: Serve as the spiritual leader of the church, modeling Christ-like behavior and guiding the congregation in their faith journey. Lead prayer services, sacraments, and other religious ceremonies.
Pastoral Care: Provide counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with personal issues, grief, illness, or other challenges. Visit members in hospitals, homes, and care facilities as needed.
Vision Casting and Strategic Planning: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the church's future. Work with church leadership to set goals and implement strategies for growth and ministry effectiveness.
Church Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the church, including managing staff, volunteers, and budgets. Ensure that all church activities are aligned with the mission and vision of the church.
Community Engagement: Lead the church in outreach efforts to the community, including evangelism, service projects, and partnerships with other organizations. Represent the church in the local community and build relationships with other faith leaders.
Leadership Development: Mentor and equip lay leaders, deacons, elders, and ministry teams within the church. Provide training and resources to help them fulfill their roles effectively.
Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate conflicts within the congregation with wisdom and grace, maintaining unity and peace within the church body.
Board Collaboration: Work closely with the church board or governing body to ensure effective governance and decision-making. Attend board meetings and provide regular updates on church activities and progress.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor Diploma Program equivalent from iPreach Campus (IPC) or a Master of Divinity (MDiv) or equivalent theological education from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pastoral leadership or a related ministry role.
Ordination: Ordained or licensed minister in good standing with a recognized denomination or church network.
Skills:
Strong biblical knowledge and theological understanding.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Compassionate and empathetic pastoral care abilities.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to engage with diverse groups and build relationships within the community.

Requirements
IPC Job Placement Program for students and staff at iPreach Campus (IPC), the following requirements should be included:
1. Eligibility Criteria
For Students:
Must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours per semester (full-time students) or at least 6 credit hours (part-time students).
Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 for job placement support.
Completion of the IPC Community Service Program requirements.
Participation in career counseling and resume-building workshops offered by IPC.
For Staff:
Must be employed with IPC for at least six months.
Completion of professional development or continuing education provided by IPC.
Demonstration of commitment to IPC’s mission and values through regular performance evaluations.
Active involvement in community outreach initiatives.
2. Application Process
Registration: Students and staff must register for the program via the IPC Job Placement Portal. This involves submitting a resume, cover letter, and any relevant documentation.
Interview Process: Both students and staff will undergo an initial interview with IPC’s Career Services team to assess their skills, goals, and job placement preferences.

3. Job Matching and Placement

4. Support Services
