Key Responsibilities
1. Pastoral Support
Assist in facilitating prayer services, Bible studies, and religious ceremonies.
Offer spiritual support to congregants, visiting homes, hospitals, or care facilities as directed by senior leadership.
Provide encouragement and mentorship to congregants in alignment with church teachings and goals.
2. Teaching and Ministry Support
Aid in teaching or leading small groups, Bible studies, or Sunday School classes under the direction of pastoral staff.
Develop lesson plans and teaching materials as needed.
Help coordinate children’s ministry, youth groups, or adult ministry activities.
3. Community Outreach and Evangelism
Participate in outreach efforts, including service projects, evangelism initiatives, and partnerships with local organizations.
Engage with the community, representing the church positively and inviting community members to church events.
Coordinate and volunteer at church-sponsored events, such as food drives or community services.
4. Administrative Support

Qualifications
