iPreach Campus Security and Access Management: ID Card Terms and Conditions

1. Ownership and Issuance The iPreach Campus ID Card is the exclusive property of iPreach Campus and is issued to authorized individuals, including students, staff, and faculty, to verify identity and facilitate secure access to campus facilities, resources, and services. By accepting and using the ID Card, the cardholder acknowledges and agrees that it must be returned to iPreach Campus upon request, upon the termination of their affiliation, or when the card is no longer required for its intended purposes.

2. Authorized Use and Prohibited Conduct The iPreach Campus ID Card is intended for the exclusive personal use of the individual to whom it is issued. It is strictly prohibited to transfer, lend, or share the card with any other person. Any misuse, including but not limited to unauthorized access or providing the card to unauthorized individuals, will result in disciplinary action up to and including legal consequences as permitted by law and the policies of iPreach Campus.

3. Cardholder Responsibilities Each cardholder is entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding their ID Card. The cardholder must take all necessary precautions to protect the card from loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use. In the event of loss or theft, the cardholder is required to immediately report the incident to the iPreach Campus administration. A replacement fee may be imposed for lost or damaged cards, in accordance with iPreach Campus policies.

4. Access Control and Privileges The iPreach Campus ID Card grants access to specific areas and resources based on the cardholder’s role within the institution. Access rights are assigned at the sole discretion of iPreach Campus administration and may be modified or revoked at any time without prior notice. The cardholder agrees to use the card solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with all iPreach Campus policies, regulations, and applicable laws.

5. Return of Card Upon the conclusion of the cardholder’s affiliation with iPreach Campus—whether as a student, staff member, or faculty—the ID Card must be returned to the designated administration office. Failure to return the card upon request may result in financial penalties, withholding of final compensation, academic records, or other appropriate measures.

6. Privacy, Data Protection, and Security The iPreach Campus ID Card may contain sensitive personal information, including but not limited to the cardholder’s name, photograph, identification number, and access credentials. The cardholder acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring the privacy and security of this information. Unauthorized use, disclosure, copying, duplication, or replication of any information on the ID Card is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal and disciplinary action, consistent with iPreach Campus's commitment to Christian ethics, integrity, and privacy protection.

7. Limitation of Liability iPreach Campus shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of the ID Card, nor for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the cardholder’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions. The cardholder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless iPreach Campus from any claims or damages arising from misuse or unauthorized access related to the ID Card.

8. Amendments and Updates iPreach Campus reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to cardholders through official iPreach Campus channels. Continued use of the ID Card after such updates signifies the cardholder’s acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, under which iPreach Campus operates as a recognized non-public educational institution. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through Christian mediation and, if necessary, in the competent courts of North Carolina.

10. Christian Ethical Commitment As a faith-based institution, iPreach Campus expects all cardholders to conduct themselves in accordance with Christian principles of honesty, integrity, and respect. The use of the ID Card must reflect these values, ensuring that all actions are performed with the highest ethical standards and in alignment with the mission of iPreach Campus.
