The Treasurer oversees financial matters, ensuring accurate reporting and fiscal responsibility, working closely with the finance team. Chairperson of the Board

The Chairperson of the Board leads the governance of iPreach Campus, ensuring that the board functions effectively. They oversee board meetings, guide strategic decision-making, and serve as the primary liaison between the board and the CEO, ensuring alignment with the institution’s mission.

Vice Chairperson of the Board

The Vice Chairperson supports the Chairperson and steps in during their absence. They assist in leading the board’s initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure that the board’s goals are met effectively.

Secretary of the Board

The Secretary of the Board is responsible for maintaining accurate records of board meetings, including minutes and official documentation. They ensure that all board actions are properly recorded and that communication between board members is organized and efficient.

Treasurer of the Board

The Treasurer oversees the financial management of iPreach Campus, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reports. They monitor the budget, provide financial oversight, and work closely with the Director of Finance to maintain fiscal responsibility.
