Overview:
As an Instructor of Christian Studies at iPreach Campus, Rev. Malcolm A. Eatmon is responsible for teaching courses that equip students with in-depth biblical knowledge and practical ministry skills. This role involves fostering spiritual development, mentoring students, and providing rigorous academic instruction that aligns with the theological mission of iPreach Campus. Rev. Eatmon’s teaching not only prepares students for ministry but also encourages personal growth and discipleship.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Instruction: Teach advanced courses in Christian theology, biblical studies, and ministry practices, ensuring students gain a solid theological foundation.
Student Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them grow spiritually, academically, and professionally.
Academic Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and ensure comprehension of course material.
Spiritual Development: Lead discussions and activities that encourage students’ personal relationship with Christ and their preparation for ministry leadership roles.
Classroom Innovation: Utilize modern educational tools and strategies to create an engaging, interactive learning environment, both online and in-person.
Scholarly Engagement: Stay current with theological scholarship and ministry trends to enhance the depth and relevance of instruction.
Collaboration with Faculty: Work closely with other instructors and staff to create a unified and supportive academic environment at iPreach Campus.
Qualifications:
Strong background in Christian theology, ministry, and biblical studies.
Proven teaching experience, preferably in a Christian educational setting.
Ability to inspire and engage students, fostering both academic and spiritual growth.
Commitment to the mission of iPreach Campus and the principles of Christian discipleship.
Strong communication skills, both in teaching and in mentoring students.
