Overview:
Elder Marchelle L. Cannady, ITSA, serves as the Executive Director, CEO, and Founder of iPreach Campus, overseeing the vision, leadership, and strategic direction of the institution. As a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in web design and development, Elder Cannady is dedicated to using her technical skills and ministry background to create a cutting-edge Christian education platform that equips individuals for leadership and ministry. In addition to her role as CEO, she is a Christian educator, instructor, and newly published author, committed to fostering spiritual and academic growth in students.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement the strategic vision of iPreach Campus, ensuring that all programs and initiatives align with the institution’s mission to provide innovative Christian education.
Institutional Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including curriculum development, faculty recruitment, financial management, and student enrollment.
Curriculum and Instruction: Lead efforts to develop biblically grounded, innovative curricula that integrate Christian values with academic and professional excellence. Teach and mentor students as part of her role as a Christian educator.
Technical Innovation: Utilize over 20 years of experience in web design and development to enhance the digital infrastructure of iPreach Campus, ensuring that the institution remains at the forefront of technology-driven education.
Author and Content Creation: Create educational materials, workbooks, and other resources that reflect the mission and values of iPreach Campus. As a new author, expand the reach of iPreach Campus through published works that contribute to Christian education and leadership development.
Partnerships and Growth: Build strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, and educational institutions to further the reach and impact of iPreach Campus. Develop opportunities for community engagement and collaborative initiatives.
Student and Faculty Support: Ensure that students and faculty have the resources they need to succeed, fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
Public Relations and Outreach: Represent iPreach Campus at public events, conferences, and media engagements, promoting the institution and its programs to a wider audience.
Qualifications:

Over 20 years of experience in web design, development, and digital innovation.
Strong background in Christian education, with experience as a Christian educator and instructor.
Proven leadership experience in managing an educational institution or ministry.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the mission and goals of iPreach Campus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of faculty, staff, and students.
Commitment to the values of Christian discipleship and education, with a passion for empowering individuals to grow spiritually and academically.
