P.L.A.C.E. Partnerships provide organizations with access to tailored mentorship, specialized training programs, and resources for effective global outreach initiatives. This partnership fosters collaboration among ministries, promoting shared knowledge and growth opportunities.
Cancellation Policy
1. General Booking Guidelines: All bookings must be made through the official iPreach Campus booking platform or via email at support@theElderHub.com. Bookings are subject to availability and must align with iPreach Campus's academic and community service schedules. 2. Booking Timeframes: Advance Booking: All events, classes, or facility reservations must be booked at least 30 days in advance. Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings within 30 days, special approval is required from the Director of Operations. 3. Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from iPreach Campus. If confirmation is not received within 5 business days, please contact support@theElderHub.com or call 704-741-7218. 4. Changes and Cancellations: Changes: Any changes to bookings must be requested at least 14 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking cost. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a 50% fee. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability and approval from iPreach Campus. 5. Payment Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the event or booking date. Payment can be made via credit card or direct deposit. Payment details will be provided upon booking. 6. Use of Facilities: Facilities must be used in accordance with iPreach Campus policies and guidelines. Any damage to property or equipment must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges. 7. Special Requests: Any special requests (e.g., AV equipment, catering, additional staff) must be made at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for special requests and must be confirmed with iPreach Campus before the event. 8. Community Service Events: All community service events must adhere to the mandatory course requirements set forth by iPreach Campus. Students and participants must complete the assigned tasks to fulfill course obligations. 9. Emergency and Contingency Plans: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies), iPreach Campus reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings.
