Fraternity Integration for MEN Program

Entry-Level (Foundation): This stage introduces MEN participants to the foundational aspects of iPreach Campus fraternities. Participants will engage in introductory activities and coursework, focusing on basic principles of fraternity life, brotherhood, and community involvement. The entry-level program is designed to help participants acclimate to the fraternity's culture while completing the foundational curriculum in prison ministry.

Level 1 (Engagement): Upon completing the entry-level program, MEN participants can transition into Level 1, where they take on more active roles within their fraternity. At this stage, members will begin participating in fraternity-led projects, outreach programs, and leadership development activities. Level 1 emphasizes active engagement, responsibility, and fraternity involvement.

Level 2 (Leadership): Level 2 offers MEN participants the opportunity to take on leadership positions within their fraternity. This advanced level focuses on mentorship, leadership training, and overseeing community projects. Participants will have the chance to spearhead fraternity initiatives, helping shape the organization and guide newer members. Capstone projects and fellowship activities are key components of this stage.
